Sydney Boyd is a multimedia journalist based in London. Originally from Florida, she graduated from Florida State University in 2024 with a BA in Media and Communication Studies and moved to the UK to complete her MA in Multimedia Journalism at the University of Westminster.

Driven by curiosity and a keen eye for overlooked stories, Sydney covers everything from sustainable tourism to Gen Z culture. Whether profiling local MPs, documenting intersectional travel experiences, or investigating environmental negligence, she is drawn to stories that explore how people live, connect, and navigate change.

Her recent work includes features on the rise of Substack among creatives, Michelangelo’s enduring legacy in Florence, and the grassroots efforts cleaning up the Thames.
